3 night weekend breaks (Fri-Mon), 4 night mid-week breaks (Mon-Fri), 7 night breaks & 14 night breaks (starting on Monday or Friday).
Prices include: The fully equipped lodge, two PS4 Pros (one with VR), games and DVDs, private Hot-Tub, bed linen, towels.
Access to Finlake Falls and the external pool is not included in the price of the lodge.
25% deposit is paid immediately upon booking, the remainder fees to be paid 6 weeks prior to start of stay. £100 Breakage deposit is taken upfront and then refunded after your stay.
The following cancellation charges are payable for this Property based on the time until start of stay:
1 week or less (until start of stay) – 100% of booking
2 weeks or less (until start of stay) – 85% of booking
3 weeks or less (until start of stay) – 60% of booking
4 week or less (until start of stay – 40% of booking
5 weeks or less (until start of stay) – 30% of booking
Note: Cancellations made outside of the periods specified above will be charged the deposit only.
