What is included with the price of the lodge?
Within the price, you get all clean fresh bed linen and bath/hand towels (we ask that these are not used at the pools).
You also have a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pan and cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses etc.
Within the lodge you have a private hot tub that will be clean and ready for your arrival.
In case the English weather changes, there are three TVs, one with a built in DVD player. There are over 150 DVDs that caters for all tastes, from the very young through to adults.
There is also two PS4 Pro games consoles, with.There are also two rechargeable remotes controls per console. We have over 70 games that cater for all ages and tastes.
Is the price ‘per person’ or ‘all inclusive’?
The prices shown on our Prices and Booking are inclusive of the above and are not per person.
What is Finlake Falls?
Finlake Falls is the Haulfryns state-of-the-art fitness complex and waterpark.
Its offers you the very best in fitness facilities, including 15 bike spin studio, 32 capacity fitness studio, bespoke sauna & steam room, free weights, and over 60 pieces of cardio-vascular & resistance equipment.
Whether you wish to do a few lengths in our adult swimming pool, or have fun in our waterpark with flumes, pools, toddler splash water playground, and poolside Splash Café, there is something for everyone. Day passes can be purchased at the resorts Finlake Falls reception.
Are pets allowed at the Lodge?
We allow up to two medium sized well behaved dogs within the lodge. There is an added cost per stay of *£38 per stay per pet.
Worried about pet smell or dirt? Don’t be the lodge is fully cleaned between each stay.
Is the Hot Tub cleaned regularly?
The hot rub is cleaned and drained in-between each visit.
A member of the ‘Lodge Nine’ team will attend the lodge daily to check the hot tubs chemicals and water quality.
Why do you need the names of all the guests if the cost of the lodge is not dependant on this?
When checking in at reception all guests are given a wrist band. This allows you to use the full facilities of the resort. You can, if you like link it to your credit/debit card so that you do not have to carry money with you and can pay for food and drink at ‘Finlake Falls’, the restaurant, Costa Coffee or local store.
Also for health and safety reasons the resort need to know the names and details of everyone staying at the lodges.
Where is the nearest Supermarket?
We have found that it is easy to do an online shop from the comfort of your home, and get it delivered for the day that you arrive to save you bringing it all with you.
Tescos deliver right to the door of Lodge Nine. When ordering use the address ‘Lodge 9, Finlake Holiday Park, Chudleigh, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ13 0EJ’. Make sure you include your mobile number as they call you to find our where your located.
What is not included / recommend we bring?
Its recommended that you bring with you;
Swimming towels for the Hot Tub/Swimming pools (although these can be hired from Lodge Nine as an optional extra), toiletries and soap, additional toilet rolls and cleaning products maybe required as there is not a daily cleaning service.
Can we book Go Active /Go Active Kids sessions before we come?
Yes you can, and its recommended that you your book sessions before you arrive to avoid disappointment.

When booking I see we can book early check-in / Late checkout?
That is correct. This is due subject to availability and can be refused (and refunded) after booking.
Early Check-in is 1pm, and Standard Check-in is 4pm.
Late Check-out is 1pm and Standard is 10am.
Due to the deep cleaning that takes place between stays, we are unable to offer late checkout if someone has previously purchased an early check-in. The same goes for Early checkin if someone has previously purchased a late check out.
